Book your very own golf tournament whether it is a corporate function, charity event, birthday or anniversary party, family reunion or just for the fun of it. No group is too small. Our food, service and atmosphere will make your day a most enjoyable one.

Our Pro Shop staff will help you organize the tournament format, foursomes, and prizes that best suits your groups needs. Our catering staff will work closely with you to create the ideal menu and our incredible golf course will provide everything else. Dueling Oaks offers Buffet Menus for groups 20 or over, smaller groups may wish plate service.

Shotgun or Open formats are available depending on the size of your group.

12-23 golfers…….. Begin on 1 st tee

24-36 + golfers…….Shotgun Start

Tournament services are available to groups of 12 to 36+.
These services can include:

•  Arrangement of all club and power cart rentals

•  Preparation of scorecards and assistance with scoring

•  Discount in golf shop for each participant

•  Assistance with clubs, loading and unloading of power carts

•  Preparation of hole prize signs ( Closest to Pin, Longest Putt )

•  Use of our licensed Dining Room, Covered Area, Patio or Garden Area

•  Beverage and snack cart to keep you fueled for the course

•  Arrangement of prizes

•  Arrangement of all food and beverage needs

Important reminders for all players:

•  No outside alcohol allowed on course

•  Soft spikes or running shoe required
